1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Block Union Wealth's investment platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- One individual is permitted only one investment account
3. Investment Terms
3.1 Investment Plans
All investment plans have specific terms, minimum amounts, and durations. Once invested, funds cannot be withdrawn before the plan completion date.
3.2 Returns & Profits
Daily returns are calculated based on your chosen investment plan. Returns are not guaranteed and are subject to market conditions and our investment strategies.
3.3 Withdrawals
Profit withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours. A 5% processing fee applies to all withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amount is $20.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Not engage in any fraudulent activities
- Not attempt to hack or disrupt our services
- Not create multiple accounts
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Referral Program
Our referral program offers commissions for bringing new investors to the platform. Commissions are paid based on the referred user's investments.
- Level 1 referrals: 10% commission
- Level 2 referrals: 5% commission
- Level 3 referrals: 2.5% commission
- Minimum commission withdrawal: $10
- Referral commissions are paid upon successful investment by referred users
6. Risk Disclosure
IMPORTANT RISK NOTICE
All investments carry risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Only invest funds you can afford to lose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Block Union Wealth shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to investment losses, data loss, or business interruption.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
